Burj Khalifa (Burj Dubai) At the top detailed ticketing information

In my last blog post I have mentioned about the world’s tallest tower Burj Khalifa which was opened for public on 04 Jan 10,  I enquired the official authorities about the ticketing information, which was not available on their site. Here go through the  the detailed ticketing information which I’ve received.

At the Top, Burj Khalifa towers above the dynamic city skyline of Dubai. Be captivated by 360 degree sweeping views from the observatory on level 124 of the world’s tallest tower. At the Top, offers unparalleled vistas from the Gulf to the Arabian Desert and beyond.

Admission

Ticket sales available through the ticket counter.

Pre-purchased Tickets can be collected directly from the ‘Will Call’ counter.

• Tickets are dated & timed based on 30 minute intervals.
• Guests are welcome to enjoy level 124 at their leisure with the average visit time being 1 hour.
• Tickets are subject to availability and expiration
• No refunds/ No exchanges
• Ticket sales and group bookings will be available through www.atthetop.ae from the end of January 2010.

It is recommended  that you purchase your tickets in advance, especially on weekends to avoid long waiting lines and experience At the Top, Burj Khalifa at your leisure.

How to get here

At the Top is situated on level 124 of the World’s Tallest Tower, Burj Khalifa. Access to the Ticket Counter and entrance is via The Dubai Mall, Lower ground Level. The closest Metro Station is Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Station.

Parking

Ample parking is available on The Dubai Mall level 1 of the Fashion car park. Coach Parking is available off Emaar Boulevard.
