BSNL users are divided into 2 sections according to IP range
1. IPs starting with 117.xx.xx.xx
2. IPs starting with 59.xx.xx.xx
Check your IP here
For BSNL IP range 117.xx.xx.xx
1. Check here : http://data.bsnl.in/wps/portal
You need a 14 digit portal ID to check the usage. If you do not have it, make a call to the local exchange. They keep it in their records.
